Getting started

Before we do any work, we make sure we're the right fit for each other and that we understand your goals clearly.

Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation. You tell us about your business, what you've tried before, what's worked, what hasn't, and what you're trying to achieve. We ask questions. We're not pitching in this call. We're trying to understand whether we can actually help you, and if so, how.

If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you that. We've turned down work that wasn't right for us, and we'd rather do that than take money we can't justify.

Proposal and Contract

Once we know we can help, we put together a proposal that outlines the scope of work, the channels we'll focus on, the timeline, and the price. No surprises. We walk you through it before you sign anything.

All contracts are month-to-month. No lock-in. You're not signing your business over to us. You're trying us out, and we earn your business every month by delivering.

Account Access

Once the contract is signed, we get access to the accounts we need. If you have existing accounts, you add us as an admin or manager. We never ask to own your accounts. If accounts need to be created, we create them in your name and you own them from day one.

This includes Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and any other platforms relevant to your engagement.

Implementation

Once access is in place, we execute the strategy we outlined. Week one is audit, research, and setup. Week two is build. By the end of the first month, campaigns are live or the first phase of work is delivered. Then we move into the ongoing cycle.

Optimization and iteration

We don't set campaigns and leave them. Every month we're reviewing performance data, making adjustments, testing new approaches, and cutting what isn't working. For SEO and content, we're publishing, tracking rankings, and refining our keyword targeting based on what's actually driving traffic and leads.

Reporting

You get a monthly report. It's in plain language. It tells you what happened, what the numbers mean, and what we're doing differently next month. No dashboards full of metrics you didn't ask for. No vanity numbers that don't connect to your business.

For active paid campaigns, we do bi-weekly check-ins during the learning phase so you're not waiting a full month to hear what's happening.

Direct communication

You work directly with the person doing the work. Not an account manager who relays your questions to someone else. If you have a question, ask it. If something concerns you, tell us. We respond fast and we give you straight answers.

What stays constant

You own everything

Every account, every campaign, every piece of content, every dollar of data. Nothing we build for you belongs to us. If you leave, you take it all with you. We don't hold anything hostage.

No long-term contracts

Month-to-month from day one. We ask for reasonable notice before ending an engagement so we can wrap things up properly, but there's no penalty for leaving and no minimum term.

Honest reporting

If something isn't working, we tell you. We don't hide behind metrics that look good but don't mean anything. If a channel isn't performing, we say so and we tell you what we're going to do about it or whether you should reallocate the budget.

No guarantees on results

We don't promise specific outcomes. No agency should. What we promise is that we'll apply the best available strategy, execute it properly, report on it honestly, and adjust quickly when something isn't working. That's the thing we can actually control.
